Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Sokora’s public website and, when applicable, the Sokora trade platform. By using our services, your organization agrees to these terms.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

Sokora Technologies Ltd. provides sourcing infrastructure for business users. You must be authorized to represent your organization and use the service only for lawful business purposes.

2. Description of service

Sokora helps buyers discover suppliers, manage requests for quotation, compare commercial information and organize trade documentation. We do not manufacture, sell or take title to third-party goods.

3. Buyer and supplier responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy of company information, product specifications, pricing, delivery promises and all transactions they enter into with another user.

4. Third-party goods and liability

Sokora does not warrant the quality, legality, availability or fitness of third-party goods. Buyers and suppliers must perform their own diligence and contract directly where required.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, circumvent security, submit misleading information, infringe rights or use Sokora to facilitate fraud, abuse or unlawful trade.

6. Disputes and governing law

We encourage users to resolve trade disputes directly. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos shall have jurisdiction.

7. Termination

We may suspend access where use creates risk, violates these terms or threatens the integrity of the network. Provisions intended to survive termination will remain effective.
